CASEMAKER CB-410 Semi automatic gluing Machine This Machine can be operated by one person. It is possible to glue whether with cold vinyl glue with hot animal glue simply by replacing the tanks, assuring the application to the glue on different materials. Manual cardboard reference The equipment can position 1 to 5 pieces of card board on a sheet already glued, by the special reference device to center the sheet. It permits the exact position of the sheet as regards the two boards and the spine strip following the print references on the sheet. Suckers holed in the surface of the worktable fix cloth/ sheet in place and keep it smooth, and lay guide helps accurately place case board and centre strip in position. Semi Automatic Turning-in Machine This machine has PLC based control system. And can be used to calendar and turning-in the 4 corners of the product. Edges turning-in and book case surface rubbing down are carried out in length and breadth directions, which provides tight turn-ins, air bubble free affixing of cardboard and cloth.
